I have been an ardent supporter of Dr. Ron Paul since learning about him in the Spring of '07. I believe in a strong limited Constitutional government, low taxes, a balanced budget, free markets, and a strong currency. I believe in the freedom to make our own decisions, the right to keep any benefits that flow from our decisions, and the duty to take personal responsibility for any negative consequences that flow from our decisions. I am pro-life. I believe in a non-interventionist foreign policy wherein we deal with other nations through trade and diplomacy rather than policing the world and trying to impose our ideals upon others through war.
I am dismayed and disheartened by our country's movement toward socialism and hope that we can take back our country and return it to the republic envisioned by our Founding Fathers.
