If you look at the banner links on other websites (to BTM) such as http://baldwin2008.com/links/ it appears that the BTM banner is subdued. Compare it to the others. How about an outline for the box it is in, and brighter lettering (Black or Dark Blue instead of the grey).

Minor issue because it still gets the job done.
