instead of sending messages to each other about what the hell is wrong, why don't we spend the same amount of time and write your congressmen the same messages. Maybe, just maybe, they'll get a clue and do something.

The only thing I know for sure is that if you preach to the choir nothing gets done. We all know what's wrong. We all know how to fix it. SO.....Talk to the elected officials that can do something about it!
It won't hurt you and, as of yet, you won't find storm troopers at your door for doing so.

If you want me to find the contact information so that you can write them, just let me know tomorrow and I'll give you the entire congressional register.

I apologize for taking such a bitchy stance but I'm sick of it.

We have people that are supposed to represent us! Use them. That is what they are there for, whether they realize it or not.

Bitching is no way to get things done.

ACT!!!

i do both,,,,,

write my Reps and spread info where ever I can...... Though as far as I can tell the majority of those in elected positions are not for the people or by the people.

Congress.org

Just plug in your zip and your congressperson's and senators' listings come on the next page loaded.

I actually got a personal reply out of my c.p. when I acknowledged and minimized the importance
of his blatant thievery in the course of a major dressing down for his yea vote on H.R.1955, the bill
to end free speech. His defense was the oxymoronic in it's context clause prohibiting the violation of
anyone's Constitutional rights.
