Free Tibet: Right to Peacefully Protest?

I see the bumperstickers. Not my normal cause. But a right nonetheless. I see them as peace activists.

Until I see the police violate protestors rights, as seen on this clip. Is this not a Police State when they beat down Free Tibet protestors.

Something is wrong with the law and order, the country, and the current world.

Who do you blame? Those exercising their Constitutional Rights or the police?
