I've gotten this message a few times when I've been able to reach every other website
Couldn't get on this morning because of it
Also lasted for about an hour yesterday

why do you use IE anyways? firefox is the only way to go. speaking of which, there's a 3.0 beta out. try it out.

It was probably Apache/PHP

It was probably Apache/PHP upgrades or performance tuning. The website feels faster now.
