McCain Downfall
Posted by fromonesource on Fri, 05/09/2008 - 02:47 in I have been thinking lately about ways in which McCain's nomination could fall apart. I have been watching videos about delegation processes and thinking a lot about this. With the number of skeletons in his closet, it does not seem like it would take much to shake them out. I want to get some feedback from other members here. What needs to be done? What is McCain's Achilles heel? How can we expose it?
I believe that most GOP delegates, in their heart of hearts, will see the truth in what Ron Paul speaks. If not on a political level, perhaps his message will speak to them on a moral level. I think the fight is far from over and I have not given up. Although I cannot be at the convention in September I would like to influence the outcome in anyway I can.

Exactly.....America could very easily turn against McCain and Obama. They are NOT strong candidates and Paul's best seller is well a BEST SELLER! That means people are starting to look around. Despite what the internet age group thinks most of the voters are not getting their info from the web so it takes longer for them to wake-up. But that said the web has increased the overall flow of information that one or two months today can change things on an order that just 5 years ago would have taken 12-18 months. By July we could see chaos and we need to be prepared for that now! I think Ron Paul is already ahead of us on this. I think 'The Revolution' had more of a strategic purpose than we realize. What better way to put out a feeler for the possibility of an independent run than to write a short concise MANIFESTO. Look up the term!
We can influence the Republican National Convention's outcome by starting a project. Seek out those who have been selected as National Delegates in your state (or in all states) and educate them, by writing or e-mailing them (with verifiable information), on the "real" McCain as well as on Ron Paul. It was astonishing to me when I read Oklahoma's Republican Platform that the only candidate that was actually aligned with it was Ron Paul. Use our party's own platform as a tool to intro. Ron Paul, as well as to refute McCain to the National Delegates.
The truth will set us free!!!!! All we have to do is continue to shed the light of truth on the false.
That is an excellent idea!
manifesto
1644, from It. manifesto "public declaration explaining past actions and announcing the motive for forthcoming ones," originally "proof," from L. manifestus (see manifest).

noun
a public declaration of intentions (as issued by a political party or government)
More proof may come that Obama is a hard core Marxist and the world may realize that McCain supports an imperialist system that is bringing our great nation down. That is it in a nutshell.
A man like Paul can't simply flip flop. He has to give reasons for his actions. The Manifesto will do that for him if he decides to go independent. He is very serious about the issues confronting this country. A Presidential candidate doesn't just write a book titled 'The Revolution' in the middle of an election without some serious thought behind it!
