Perhaps 60% of todays oil price is dollar deflation? USD 2001 120.00 bp.... USD 2007 73.00 bp... Lets get the heck out of Iraq and every other country and consolodate in order to be able to project under better economic circumstances... Any good military leader knows what to do when resources are low.... Even this stupid Warrant Officer!
