Can't access Articles/Posts

I posted an article.......

But can only view it from this original link I copied when I first posted it. There is no link to the Home/Government page.... http://www.breakthematrix.com/tag/Government from the Home page which lists the Topics of Posts.
Plus when I click on National I.D. section, my post is not listed. Am I looking in the wrong area or is the site just not updated yet?
