Type Size Too Small- Can it Be Made Larger?
Posted by jham on Tue, 04/29/2008 - 19:32 inVery hard to read this page. I am using Explorer as my Browser. Have to squint to read this small type. Find this very frustrating. Can the type be made bigger? 12 point would be about right.

Isn't firefox great? I mean, who say's free software isn't better than the crap Microsoft shoves down your throat? At work, I'd complain about lack of cross platform software since I like using linux, and tehy're all like, "OMG CROSS PLATFORM SOFTWARE IS SO BAD IT DOESN'T WORK AS WELL AS COMMERCIAL SOFTWARE AND ITS HARDER TO TROUBLESHOOT"
I'm not working at that job anymoar.
Another Firefox feature: Hold the Control key and hit the '+' key to increase the font size, or the '-' key to decrease it.

And if you're using FireFox 3 (still in Beta, but works great), it actually keeps that setting per site, so that you can increase the text here and it'll be the same whenever you come back here without increasing the size for the rest of the internet, too.
it's an awesome feature. it's the little things that matter :D firefox rules.
If you are using a mouse with a "scroll wheel" - hold down control and move the scroll wheel forward!

In the IE menu bar under view you can adjust the text size. Go to View and then text size. Same in Firefox. Hope this helps.
