Scope of Break the Matrix?
Posted by Adam.Chandler on Wed, 04/16/2008 - 01:05 inI sincerely hope that Break the Matrix will not be another site/channel/forum whatever that focuses only on the bad news of the day. It is critical that victories, no matter how small, be recognized, celebrated, considered. We need to learn how to win and that is best accomplished through example.

What good is Freedom of the Press
If The Press will not Press for Freedom!
I support any and all media that strives to bring truth and a perspective of Freedom and Liberty!
I will do what I can to help.
Including streaming the Hosts on other Freedom based stations on the Web.
Brothers and Sisters, it's Time to get together!
As long as there is very little sensationalism then I'm ok with most news, good or bad.
"The use of red, white and blue in forum posts has been approved"
It will be what we all work to make of it!

If not ourselves, then why others?

You know what really perked me up... 125,000 votes in PA. That was awesome. Here in Ohio we only managed about 45,000.
Optimism may be difficult right now but I for one also believe that brighter days may be in store if enough people start thinking for themselves again.
This site may be able to help steer the ship back in the right direction by allowing free thought to flourish.
Keep up the good work:)
Can't wait for the video or the public offering.
I may not have made delegate, but I made Secretary for my local Republican Precinct. I now know who all of my local delegates are, so I can present them with information. In the future, everyone needs to go to their caucuses to elect local delegates, even if you don't plan on running as one.
The reason is, these people nominate who winds up on the ballot for your local party. They essentially control who can wind up as your Congressman or Senator. They have more power than voters do.
Most people don't know this. We need to get this message out so people will know there's hope. Knowledge is power. Right now the majority of people involved in this process are elderly and aren't on the Internet.
How the political system really works -- who decides who's on the ballot

We don't have free elections because we don't have a free press (media). You can't start a third party, if no one is going to hear what they have to say. For these reasons I believe working on cleaning up the two existing parties is the only way to go.

I'm wondering why there was no notification email sent out about this social network site going live. Was this purposeful, to keep the traffic down while testing it out?
Hi swarelis! We wanted to do a limited pre-beta release to get a few people using the site and helping us work out the glitches before we send out to the full list. We're in the process of wrapping that up, so the official notifications should be going out in the next few days... In the meantime, please feel free to invite all of your friends :)

Im up for the optimism, and ......(it's not a small and) that Americans (for the most part) are deathly unaware of the systemic rot of most all of our systems; government, education, medicine- you name it.
As a healer sometimes the best thing I can do is just show someone where it hurts, and then its up to them to choose a route of healing or not.
I will be glad to celebrate the victories, but I have not seen much to say the core is not rotten.
peace on your head
> Americans (for the most part) are deathly unaware of the systemic rot of most all of our systems; government, education, medicine- you name it.
that can't be true. ask any random person, if they think if the government is corrupt, education system has problems, and medicine is in shambles. i promise you, you'll get three "yes" answers to those questions. what you probably feel, or meant to say, is that most Americans have become apathetic to these ills.
> I will be glad to celebrate the victories, but I have not seen much to say the core is not rotten.
the fact that we started believing that we can make a change is a great victory in and of itself. as for me, i'm ecstatic about this whole movement.
I for one feel like O. M. G. I bet you guys are having the time of your lives. I can say thankyou thankyou thankyou! It is organized, strategically thoughtout, and very well designed. I can't imagine how much research has gone into this project. 1000 adjectives cannot express how much I am going to enjoy this site.
Thank you so much for the warm comment. We are attempting to think this project through carefully; it's one step at a time. R
Pay attention to Pennsylvania Tuesday if you want good news. Here's a link to photographs taken Saturday of truly dedicated patriots in Wilkes Barre. My adrenalin level is peaking about now and I feel that we are in a position to make the clowns like Stephanopolis and Hannity eat their words. The real prize is the delegates and we have been busting our chops to field candidates and secure enough poll workers to get the message out. I just pray that enough of my fellow statesmen and women share my feelings that no one has the right to tell me I don't have a choice. Better to show them with ballots than bullets.

I sincerely agree with this...

Our message is optimism, hope, freedom and prosperity. Your view is quite right. R
What is with the anti drug article? It has no optimism, hope, freedom or prosperity?
