I'm surprised to see that there are only 10-20 active 'matrix breakers' who are voting content up/down.
We've got a lively bunch of people who are submitting, voting, and commenting on articles.. but the e-mail should have reached hundreds if not thousands. So...
Is it because you find the site too slow to do much on it at once? My internet sucks always, so I don't know if the site is slow. I painfully deal with it, to help the movement.
Can't think of anything to post or write about? Is your brain completely numb?
Can you not figure out how to get around the site, post content, etc? Look around the forums or ask Shelly.
Whats your excuse?
(Just think if we had 1/10th the activity that Digg has... )

Well, I don't know myspace, facebook or digg! Only the Daily dose, and some Daily Paul and a little Restore the Republic, so it will take me a little while to catch on, I'm afraid!
I do intend to give it a go and will encourage others to do the same!
There are some other "Ron Paul" sites out there that have a similar format, dailypaul is coming out with Paulians or something like that similar to myspace and this... each is a little different, I have noticed that if you preview a comment you can't post it you have to go back and redo it..anyone else have that problem? also I have noticed you need to usually back up or go to the top again to find the vote button... my 2 cents for what it's worth.
new to posting and personaly the site takes some getting used to. there are many features one has available to them but its really hard to get a grip on them as i myself am still behind...
Gotcha. Thats a legitimate excuse. I'm mostly speaking to the hundreds of people out there who already know how to use these sites, and have been clogging them up for months with RonPaul and other Pro-Liberty stuff lol. Now that we finally have a social site of our own... they are not even using it!
This is pretty much my situation, I know myspace and facebook but I've never been much for digg or slashdot. But I'm making a go at it. +1

Good comment VC. I think many members are still getting a feel for the site (including myself:) and I would hope that in time the activity will increase substantially once people become more comfortable with the territory and the membership grows.

If you find the site to be slow could you please explain what is slow? Page loading? Have you check traceroutes to the server things of that nature? I'd like to know so that I can possibly troubleshoot whatever the problem you're seeing is.

My internet is generally slow and unreliable (wireless) so I really can't blame your site. Sometimes its blazing fast, other times I'm sitting at a "Loading..." bar, forever. My internet is really lame sometimes.
