I have a suggestion concerning FAQ and questions for the site. I am not a big fan of having questions being answered in the forums, since questions seemed to be asked multiple times. Maybe you could instead have a help page with a form, where people can fill out and ask a question about the site. They then get an email or a message with the answer. Once they ask that question and have it answered, the question is put into a database that people can search. So you can have people search the database first, asking, "Has this question been asked before?" by putting in the question, and having the search bring up matching items. The person can search the questions, find his, and have an answer. If he can't find it, he can go to the form and ask the question to be put in the database. If this works, it should cut down on questions asked, and allows for answers to be found easier than in forums. People can than be self motivated to search for the question, and the actions of one person can help the rest.
