It is known that Theodore Roosevelt was the greatest naturalist president the US has ever had, and he greatly expanded the areas under protection of the National Park service. In your tenure, would you work to advance his cause of the conservation of our natural resources and the protection of wildlife, or would you keep it at current levels?

The next president will ultimately have the responsibility of carrying out the final orders in NASA's quest to return the US to the moon, and to send our men and women beyond. What is your opinion of NASA's Project Constellation, and would you increase its budget to expand its program? Would you decrease the scope of the program?

What state will the military be under your tenure as president? Would you decrease or increase its size and budget?

Due to the bailout and the economic policies of Washington, many of the programs presented by the canidates have to be cut, while currently standing programs will lose funding. How will your own proposed programs be effected?

When you take the helm of this nation, do you plan on increasing the size and power of goverment, or will you return power to the states?

Mr Nader,

If you had garnered 5% of the vote in 2000 the Green Party would have gotten automatic ballot access in 2004. While I do not believe you cost Gore the election, and while I can well understand your frustration at being frozen out of the debates, I can't help but wonder if things wouldn't have worked out better all round if you had urged supporters to vote for Gore in swing states. (You would have lost votes in swing states, but might have picked up many more in both blue and red states. The Green Party might have gotten its 5%. You might have been the Green candidate in 2004, or now. And most importantly, the effort to break the two party stranglehold might be in better shape.)

Is there a dime's worth of difference between you and Ms. McKinney? I certainly don't see it. Why are you running as an independent? Wouldn't it make more sense for you to support the Green Party? Or are you actually running as a spoiler - hurting, not the Democrats, but the Greens? Thereby, helping to perpetuate the very duopoly you rail against.

If you win the oval office in this upcoming election, who would you bring into the presidential cabinet?

The standing of the United States around the world has been falling ever since the invasion of Iraq in march of 2003. What would you do as president in order to repair our world-wide relations?

To all Canidates:

The war on terror has been waged by the United States ever since September 11th, and now currently wages battle acroos the world, in such places as the Phillipines, the Horn of Africa, Afghanistan, and Iraq. How would you handle the war on terror if you are elected to office, and in your anwser, please be specific about your plan.

Do you believe that the invasion of Iraq is a war crime? And if so, how do we bring the perpetrators to justice?

The act authorizing the use of force passed by Congress in 2002 contained three key provisions: war as a last resort, war only through the UN and a justification of the use of force submitted to Congress within 60(?) days. Bush violated the first two and submitted a tissue of lies to Congress, which they accepted.

Given that it is the US Senate which is ultimately responsible for this war crime, though Bush and others are also guilty, what hope is there for justice?

The Constitution clearly and unambiguously states, "All bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other Bills." Didn't the Senate blatantly violate the intent of this provision by amending HR 1424, the Paul Wellstone Mental Health and Addiction Equity Act, to include totally unrelated revenues? Thereby, essentially originating a revenue bill, the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008, in the Senate.

Of equal concern is the fact that the PMP (privatized ministry of propaganda) has misreported what happened, saying the mental health and addiction provisions were tacked onto the bailout bill.

If such flim-flam is acceptable, can there be any meaning to the phrase "the rule of law"? Am I making a mountain out of a molehill? Or is this something which should be of great concern? Are Senate end-runs of this Constitutional provision commonplace? Are there even any other similar cases?

What is the extent of fiscal fraud in the military budget today? If fraud exists how serious is the fraud as a percentage of the military budget? Why has fraud and therefore an audit of the Pentagon been ignored as an issue?

As a super power I believe it would be in our best interest to align ourselves more with the rest of the countries here in the Americas. And to be less Eurocentric.
What benefits do you see coming from this plan, and how would you go about implementing it?

Can we get a VP debate too? Nader has led the fight against the corporate controlled two party system for decades, and has the experience and scars that go with it. He helped people fight to get the Freedom of Information Act, which gave us chances to have an educated movement. Matt Gonzales Is the next generation of crusaders, and led San Fransisco to the highest minimum wage, fought to help enforce it, and led the charge to implement runoff voting there, which ends terrorist two party strangleholds.

Without going into a bunch of political hot air, please tell us who you will appoint to your cabinet positions.
