Ask yourself: What does it mean if someone is 'brainwashed'?
Many people associate brainwashing with hypnosis. This is a common reason that people don't take brainwashing seriously and unfortunately, that's because we've actually been brainwashed on what brainwashing really is. Think about that 'til it makes your brain hurt.
Before we go into the definition and design of brainwashing, I'm going to attempt to brainwash you, the reader, in this article. I'm going to tell you a story, and then I'll ask you two questions. See if you can answer them, here we go:
A man left home jogging. He jogged a little ways and turned left. He jogged a little ways and turned left. He jogged a little ways, turned left, and jogged back home. When he got home, there were two masked men waiting for him.
Question 1: Who were the masked men?
Question 2: Why did the man leave home jogging?
Confusing? It's supposed to be. You've been officially brainwashed. In a moment, I will UN-brainwash you, but first let's look at the definition of brainwashing: any method of controlled systematic indoctrination, esp. one based on repetition or confusion. This definition, though accurate, does not help one understand how it works.
When I told you the story, you read and took in the information I gave you. When I asked you both the questions, your mind immediately started to fill in the blanks with logical answers based on the knowledge I had given you. When I said the man left home jogging, your brain automatically thought to the most logically reason why anyone would jog, for exercise. When I said 3 lefts, you thought of a square, so your mind probably thought of a city block. When I said two masked men, your brain automatically thought of the most logically reason why two men would wear masks and wait for someone, a robbery. This is very similar to a jigsaw puzzle, but you're missing all the most important central pieces.
Now allow me to un-brainwash you. Click this link, look at the picture, and then read the story again.

Question 1: Who were the masked men? The umpire and catcher.
Question 2: Why did the man leave home jogging? The player was running the bases.
Your brain is a powerful piece of equipment. If you walk into a room and simple look around, your brain does enough analytical and reasoning calculations to keep the fastest super computer in the world busy for the next 300 years processing the information. Your brain is designed to calculate and reason, and will do so automatically whether you realize it or not. The problem is, people who don't wake up and realize their brain does this by default, are the ones that will be successfully brainwashed.
You can see from the example above how easy it is to get brainwashed. Let me show you a real world example of how you may already be brainwashed. I'm going write one word, and I want you to say the first word that pops into your head. Ready?
Conspiracy...
The word you probably said was 'theory'. Try that on your friends or neighbors and see what answer they give you. You'll be surprised to hear them say 'theory' almost 100% of the time. A conspiracy by definition is when two or more people band together to perform an illegal or evil act. But why is it that you automatically think 'theory' when you hear 'conspiracy'? Are all conspiracies theories by definition? Well of course the answer is no. Conspiracies have happened in the past. But why is it that we automatically think that? Where did you hear the term conspiracy 'theory'? Who taught you that?
Have you noticed mainstream media mention something about Elivs or Aliens every time BEFORE they start talking about any of the following subjects?

Why is it people associate Aliens and Elvis with a Conspiracy? Remember the definition of conspiracy I mentioned earlier? Is a theory of Aliens visiting earth an evil or illegal act planned by 2 or more people? Is the theory of Elvis being alive an evil or illegal act planned by 2 or more people? Doesn't make any sense does it? So why would they include these things in with conspiracies?
I was walking down the streets of Columbus, OH on the evening of November 4th... and I was shocked at what I saw. Every bar was filled with drinkers in smoke-filled rooms. When a state would change to red, some would cheer. When a state would change to blue, others would cheer. It was no different than a football game. People cheering for their "team", so to speak. Many of you know that's exactly what was happening. There was so much red vs blue, I thought they were playing Halo. Where were all the other candidates for president on the screen?
Not one of them were even aware of McCain's unbelievable amount of flip-floping (that he called straight-talk), attempting to appeal to special interest groups.
Not one of them even saw this non-American Obama preach to the Europeans about the NEW WORLD ORDER.
A massive crowd of people who chose to remain ignorant and use the election as an excuse to party on a Tuesday night. Thinking seems to be an idea (ta)booed on the blacklist of the New World Order.
We can now see that the corporate mainstream media is doing the brainwashing. No doubts about that. But... who is responsible? It's time to wake up and realize that WE, the individual, are each responsible. They do ONLY what we allow them to do.
The word 'muse' means 'to think'. If you put the letter 'A' infront of a word, it means the opposite of. The word Amuse, literally means to 'not think'. There are huge private parks where you can pay to do that. They're called Amusement Parks.
I just talked to a guy at work today that was complaining about HDTV requiring this new box technology he'll have to end up paying for, or get new TVs in his house. I told him there was another option: get rid of the TVs. He said, "No way, I can't do that." Why not? Television is as much an addiction as cocaine or sugar. It is up to us to stop amusing ourselves to death and start to think.
We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected the promises of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world-government. George Orwell knew this would happen. He predicted it 60-70 years ago. Don't believe me? Read the book "Animal Farm" by George Orwell. If you're too lazy to read, then go rent the movie made back in 1999. Just as the animals on the farm are starting suspect the evil pigs are up to something and plan to revolt, the pigs wheel in a Television. And if you watch the movie, look at what they're showing on it. It's a bunch of animals on a farm, watching a bunch of animals on a farm do things that animals on a farm normally do. It's called REALITY TV.
We live day to day, doing normal activities, then come home at night to sit infront of Mr. TeeVee... to watch people live day to day and do normal activities. Many times, in these shows, a family will sit in front of a TV! So let me get this straight... people watching TV, watch people watching TV, who watch people doing normal daily activities? Make it stop?
I'd like to write in an excerpt from a book I'm reading now called "Amusing Ourselves to Death" by Neil Postman: "Not long ago, I saw Billy Graham join with Shecky Green, Red Buttons, Dionne Warwick, Milton Berle and other theologians in a tribute to George Burns, who was celebrating himself for surviving eighty years in show business. The Reverend Graham exchanged one-liners with Burns about making preparations for Eternity. Although the Bible makes no mention of it, the Reverend Graham assured the audience that God loves those who make people laugh. It was an honest mistake. He merely mistook NBC for God."
I can barely walk down a city street anymore without getting sick to my stomach. I have to watch a 300 pound person enter a McDonalds, while a street corner digital marquee displays stock market statstics to the people whose backs are broken by Wall Street, while I'm being hit up for money by someone that looks like they're wearing $150 shoes. And nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. All the while, distractions are put up everywhere to keep you from thinking about what's happening to you, your family, and your world. A child's mobile has one purpose... to distract the child and keep them entertained while "big brother" moves about the house to do other things.
Here's what you need to think about now:
If I just demonstrated where you've been brainwashed, how many other things might you be brainwashed to think, and you don't know it?
Mr. TeeVee is proving very dangerous. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't like a box with lights running my life. Mr. TeeVee is not my god.

I think you're absolutely correct. Not everyone will hear the message and see the realities; they're not supposed to.
You've posted extremely important information. The awareness of this process is critical for anyone who truly aspires to free thinking.
When one chooses to become more enlightened, the process begins with conscious choice, followed closely with the casting off of many, past assumptions. It's tantamount to winding back the clock, carefully examining why we hold our thoughts and beliefs, and seeking out more information.
This is no easy task; one will encounter resistance from many, especially friends and family. One's primary and secondary groups foster and maintain norms and values. These norms and values generally flow from sources and beliefs that are easily manipulated and usually of a subjective nature. Stepping outside accepted beliefs is nearly always met with stiff resistance from these groups.
The Wachowski brothers were true to the mark:
Morpheus: I imagine that right now you're feeling a bit like Alice. Tumbling down the rabbit hole?
Neo: You could say that.
Morpheus: I can see it in your eyes. You have the look of a man who accepts what he sees because he's expecting to wake up. Ironically, this is not far from the truth. Do you believe in fate, Neo?

Morpheus: You take the blue pill and the story ends. You wake in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. (a red pill is shown in his other hand) You take the red pill and you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes.
(Long pause; Neo begins to reach for the red pill) Remember -- all I am offering is the truth, nothing more.
(Neo takes the red pill and swallows it with a glass of water)
Thank you for posting that. I agree 100%, and I often quote the Matrix when I speak to people... at least it's something they can relate to. Many people don't understand... the reason that movie was so attractive to the masses was for what you just stated. They all know it in their hearts, but most are so afraid of the answers to the questions they suppress... they force themselves to remain willingly ignorant.
