Ah yes, my days as a prophet

I kind of liked having my own religion. Then again, I should consider myself lucky that I didn't end up like Sean Connery or Michael Cain in "The Man Who Would Be King." At least not yet.

May the Mullen be with you.

"Question with boldness even the existence of a God" - Thomas Jefferson

Tom Mullen Posted by Tom Mullen on Mon, 10/13/2008 - 00:32
Did anybody really doubt me?

But I ain't quite done yet as there is one fish left to fry.

"Again, we see Kelvin resorting to potty-mouth because he's been scoring ZERO for days now." (zuniga)

"Kelvin here is a poster boy for the DC al Qaeda; please read his posts, and then read mine. Look at his cites and authorities, and then look at mine. You decide who sounds more truthful and competent." (zuniga)

"windyatty, you are so busted dude. you have absolutely no game and i dont even pay income tax yet, maybe never will i damn sure hope you dont switch to tax law tho, dude. youre more confused than i am" (livefreeurdie)

"you really a criminal defense lawyer in Chicago, dude? That might change the way I read your posts, is Zuniga blowing smoke up my arse or do you defend criminals for real?" (obamabinladen)

"I can read, dude. WindyAtty is throwing a lot of law out there but hes also throwing quite a bif if $h!t too. dmz is throwing quite a bit of law out there and none of the $h1t so he comes across better." (obamabinladen)

"You appear to have just taken a quote from the criminal defense lawyer, NOT from the Tax Code. Is that right, dmzuniga?" (dollyllama)

"Two questions for you dave (zuniga) One: Why did you choose this title for your thread; two: if you haven't been paying taxes for ten years, why haven't IRS goons kicked down your door and hauled you off?"(RP08NC- paraphrased from memory as the comment disappeared) followed by a lengthy reply by zuniga to the "questions" - - a true set em up and knock em down operation.

"A few problems with your logic, Tom. Zuniga says that all three branches of the federal government are lying to us, in order to keep the gravy train going."(jfaber63)

"You beat me to it, John! That's exactly what I was going to tell "skeptic"; his point really goes against him and is a point for what dmzuniga is saying here. (BillyofLA)"

"Thanks Zuniga; I have a lot of reading to do. I've heard an increasing amount of lore and legend about 'tax honesty' and in fact have quite a few professional associates who have 'opted out'. I have always just considered the risk, when added to all the other risks I run (see list above!) and I wasn't willing to go there. Now, I'm just getting mad as hell and I'm probably not going to take it anymore.
I may call you soon, if you don't mind" (medicpop)

"Look at what Zuniga posted to start this thread. There isn't one decent rebuttal here by the CPA and the criminal defense lawyer. NOT ONE." (RP08NC)

"Mr. lawyer, I do feel sorry for you because you really do think you're winning, dancing in circles and claiming prizes and all, except nobody's even looking at you, dude.
You're talking about 26 USC like you wrote it but look what Zuniker said on the article that started all this..."(zookiemt)

"We deeply resent your childish humor, Mr. McCabe. Those of us with handicapped children fight very hard to build their confidence so that they won't listen to playground taunts like yours about "the short bus"(shawsforliberty) (my personal favorite)

Shall I go on? Enough? Okay.

AND THEN YOU HAVE ME:

To Zuniga: "You are the most dishonest, manipulating, misleading person I have ever encountered in the whole freedom movement." "I see right through your charade Zuniga. Game's over pal."

"...So I figure one of two things is at play: Either they work the various websites he promotes tirelessly and are part of the scam and working at the direction of him OR its just Zuniga creating a bunch of fake bare-boned accounts and using them to make comments, rate a bunch of people down repeatedly,(Claire, Tom, myself, studyoflife, awesomeo-5000) etc..

It would seem that my second hypothesis was negated about Zuniga personally himself making a bunch of accounts (he is not on the list? or they just don't know yet which computer?)- but Zuniga is right about two things above: One, the circumstantial evidence of a conspiracy is overwhelming and undeniable. The fact that ALL of the fake accounts had a specific purpose and intent to discredit myself(and others) and prop up Zuniga is more than highly suspicious. Second, he lost his bet, it was in writing and he should pay the charities I listed or leave this site forever in disgrace. Actually, he should leave either way or agree to never talk about tax honesty ever again or post any of his pathetic websites.

And now do you ALL see why I was so harsh with my words?

Again, I repeat something else I wrote: "Since I came to this site originally out of curiosity and stayed for informed discourse and considered my fellow freedom lovers MORE not less educated than your average voter I will assume I am right about the Zuniga clones" "If not, well - I would rather not think about the ramifications of that."

Looks like that is one less thing to worry about around here. My faith in the freedom movement has been partially restored. There's still that whole religion thing (just kidding guys.) I love ya'all.

It was really all quite transparent to me, I do deal with criminals on a daily basis. This wasn't even a sophisticated attempt Mr Zuniga, please try harder next time. I will be forever vigilant in defense of liberty for my fellow freedom lovers. For the last time, PAY UP! Cheerio,

Kelvin

Just my luck

I was high-fiving myself that I had finally won an argument and it turns out the people I defeated didn't even exist. Is there a Don Quixote aspect to this or what? :)

Well Tom you came out ahead

relatively speaking. Whereas you were merely patting yourself on the back for winning an argument with people who do not exist- - I was patting myself on the back AND expecting to receive two .9999 buffalo gold coins to be donated in my name to two good freedom movement causes from a guy who has 16 existences - none of which will pay up.

Now I suppose I will have to make up the lost karma in the universe and just donate $ myself (i was going to do that in any event) but damn...

I am going to have to start looking into this skepticism thing. I remember Descartes' skepticism from the Meditations kinda always made me smile. Of course, it led him to mind/body dualism and the existence of an independent soul but also the "cogito, ergo sum" (i think, therefore I am) proposition.

My faith in reality and the orderly workings of the universe has been shattered!

:)

Update - Looks like it was just DMZ..

He admitted in another thread that Shelly informed him that all the suspect IP addresses were coming from his computer. He then tried to say that it was just an IP spoof conspiracy of bad people trying to discredit him. A truly idiotic statement since the "echo chamber" was supporting his arguments.

See the amusing threads at:
http://www.breakthematrix.com/content/Lessons-about-disruption-Great-opo...
Boris and I were "playing" with him in the comments section.

Looks like his profile is gone today (tried to click on his name link).

But, he will likely be back with a new anonymous profile when his IP eventually changes.

taktic Posted by taktic on Wed, 07/23/2008 - 14:47
Oh I dont know if he will be back

but if he does come back, I am quite confident that either myself, tom, claire, you or one of the moderators will notice his schtick and call him out.

He called my law office today and left a message. You believe that? And it wasn't to say he "lost the bet" and wanted to pay it was to say that for the second time in 3 years "someone" took over his computer. And he is asking permission to use something i said on some other blog a few yrs ago on his blog. Wow! Of course, if something is posted on a public blog in my name, he wouldn't need my permission, but the fact that he called to ask for it is quite surprising. Surprising indeed.

He actually sounds like a normal guy (although younger than I imagined since he said he had grandchildren). I was expecting something much more... sinister. But hey, John Wayne Gacey was a clown who killed and sexually molested like 16 people. lol.

Good riddance to bad rubbish.

windycityatty Posted by windycityatty on Wed, 07/23/2008 - 16:28
I had

mentioned to another BTM member that Mr. Zuniga's writing style was very similar to another person who had been banned. Funny thing too is that he showed up just after that person was banned.
Kinda creepy that he called you.. They don't have concealed carry laws in Chicago do they?

Ken Posted by Ken on Wed, 07/23/2008 - 17:53
No in fact

it is one of the worst cities for 2nd amendment purposes to live in. Bunch of gun grabbers - -you have to register your guns every year and pay a fee. They want to know who has guns at all times. They say its because thieves steal guns and then use them...

windycityatty Posted by windycityatty on Sat, 07/26/2008 - 02:33
guns

Did you hear about the mesothelioma lawsuit? This kind of thing could happen with the guns policy issued by the state. If it was for me to decide I would forbid people to carry deadly guns, but I would allow other types of weapons that can be found on the market. Of course the criminals that would be caught with a deadly weapon will be sentenced to death immediately.

Good catch Shelly!

Looks like the same idiot spammed this link which involved a bet for money. (to be decided by up/down ticks?)
http://www.breakthematrix.com/content/Why-We-Must-Keep-the-IRS-and-the-T...
If you follow the money (stacking the deck to win the bet) it leads to one additional person not listed in the "banned" list. Of course.. it could just be a huuugggee coincidence.

It did look strange that there were so many "up" and "down" arrows on that thread when compared to the normal amounts.

Tom "they" is out to get you! Of course it now appears that "they" is just one person.

taktic Posted by taktic on Wed, 07/23/2008 - 00:23
Actually

it goes into my forum topic as well - "For Those Who Feel You Do Not Have To File Taxes" This was where I accepted Zuniga's bet. It was immediately after that when the "accounts" began appearing.

Then, not surprisingly and not coincidentally, Mr Zuniga started his own thread on the IRS in which the echo chamber came out in full force. Apparently, in online scam world, if it is your own thread, you have a better opportunity to control the flow of information so as to make the scam appear more legitimate.

Especially if you are directing 75% of it yourself.

Thank God I type fast in response. (D'oh - god was used as a form of speech- don't anyone shoot)

Oh cool! It was saved on my

Oh cool! It was saved on my copy stick!

Adam, "Christianity" is not my problem. My favorite neighbor is a Christian and we get along just fine (of course her Ron Paul signs in her yard to this day bias my view of her)...

My problem is this very fundamental idea--

Belief=truth

which leads us all to accept "faith" as an argument that is allowed to supplant "reason".

which then leads all who have "faith" to cry foul when reason is set against it.

which leads others to scream that we must not attack "faith", because it is above reproach and one's feelings can be hurt...

which leads to a populace that tip toes around while fundamental "truth" and "reality" suffer.

which leads to a nation who votes acording to "belief" and not reason, and we get what we have occuring today, a nation unsure of what "truth" is, and a nation working hard against itself in order to not ruffle any "faithful" feathers.

The founders had it right. No cross-overs between "faith" and government. Stop using passages from your book to promote agendas and we'll stop telling you your book is full of immorality and lies.

Stop looking to religious figures to give political opinions on national TV, and we'll stop telling you that those religious figures are deluded idiots with no business making political opinions.

Stop trying to subjugate science with Flintstone nonsense and we'll stop telling you that your Adam and Eve story is silly and that your view of the reality of the earth and its origins is ridiculous.

Stop claiming that those who do not participate in your delusional impulses are immoral or satanical or whatever, and we'll stop pointing out the immorality in the book you claim as your source of morality.

Having lived in the center of religious nonsense for about four years, getting caught up in the explosions that tend to occur because of them, "belief" and "faith" have real life meaning, and it smells of cordite...

Scott from Oregon Posted by Scott from Oregon on Tue, 07/22/2008 - 23:03
Scott you've simply drawn up a list of complaints

and copied my name in to the top

If you actually were interested in "truth" you might have a hard time demanding that I stop doing things
that I've never done here

You're entire litany of demands (terroristic demands perhaps in the sense that you'll continue to be an offensive cretin if your demands are not met)

is based on a fundamental assumption that I've never once asserted, i.e. "belief = truth"

What I've always said is that belief is a separate sphere that should not be confused with science or politics, and obviously is comprised of some supra or irrational elements

Everything that you said that follows does not apply to any of my comments or actions here and it is quite untruthful to suggest so

---religious figures to give political opinions on TV??? (who me? Why are you insisting that I have somehow been a proponent of this) --- "claiming that those who do not participate in your delusional impulses are immoral or satanical or whatever" --- also never did this, anyhow I could copy and paste some more but what is the point

You seem to be unable to make a point without including some offensive jibes --- perhaps you are not ready to function in a free society --- You are certainly unable to regulate yourself and your destructive behavior
