Not to be nosy or technical.
But what I'm really curious is, did BTM do anything with the IPO or solicitation of interest?
How much money is the company operating in/on right now?

One thing right off the top of my head is that BTM is trying to get on TV. I don't think that is the goal of GCN.
Everybody's goal is to take over the world, whether some have the guts to try it, risk it or do it knowing they'll fail is what makes one different from another.
"The government should be afraid of its people, not the other way around".
I'm worried about the type of advertising that will be drawn here, and what connotation that will give to the site and its members. For instance, when listening to some "liberty minded" radio stations, it seems they are inundated with commercials trying to sell you pills that will protect you from "chem trails" and the like. I'm not saying it's right, but if we are the target audience for those kinds of products, then we are going to be labeled kooks.
"It does not take a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brush fires of freedom in the minds of men." -- Samuel Adams
If you really believe chem trails are dangerous, you'll probably buy that stuff and they'll continue to advertise it to you and their marketing will probably go mainstream along with our message. If you're not worried about chem trails and don't buy those pills then the pill manufacturer will probably go out of business and those advertisements will stop. That's the beauty of a free-market; the consumer decides what will and won't be produced. Free Markets work.
So you don't believe there's ethical problems with scaremongering people into buying things they'll unlikely ever use? So you don't think Al Gore is wrong for selling people his greenhouse gadgets on false or irrelevant pretense? So you don't think, even without endorsement from the media outlet, that the outlet should have some responsibility for advertising products they know have exaggerated claims?
"The government should be afraid of its people, not the other way around".
No. There's nothing wrong with Al Gore trying to sell us some gadgets. What's wrong is when Al Gore tries to use government force to prop up the Global Warming gadget market. If no one is forcing me to buy anything and I have the freedom to decide what I do and don't need then I haven't been wronged whatever my decision may be. If the only thing Al Gore or Alex Jones are trying to do is sell me something, then their scare tactics, as a form of persuasion, are no different than any advertisement on TV
So there's no point where persuasion becomes threat?
That if you don't buy this product you're killing innocent trees and animals?

Yeah, I would hate to see the same stuff over and over again
Advertisements from gold, pills, water filters, MLM stuff, water for gas, ....etc.
If we're not GCN, RBN, RPRR, WTPRN, let's show what we do differently!

I think they are trying to establish themselves with the audience first. No point in trying to squeeze blood from a turnip. I assume, and we know what assume means, that they are going to increase ads on tv and on the site as their viewership increases. But that's just a guess, I don't know the team building everything.
That's a good question. I was wondering how BTM planned to make money since there aren't any commercials on the TV station. Not that I like commercials, but there has to be some way to make a profit.
