Our guest will be Robert Owens. He is running for Attorney General in the state of Ohio after the past Attorney General resigned amid scandal. The position of Attorney General, among a long list of other responsibilities, is the highest law enforcement official in the entire state and is directly involved in the content taught to all police officers in Ohio.

The previously elected Attorney General has resigned amid scandal. Robert Owens is running as an Independent and his platform is to bring accountability, transparency, and adherence to the rule of law according to the state constitution to this office.

After polls have shown that Owens is indeed a threat to their campaign, his competitors have now jumped in and began repeating his platform stance on no-bid contracts. This existing problem in Ohio now comes as a supposed epiphany to the others even though one of them was the state treasurer.
