Hi all -
There are currently a couple of issues with the chat feature of the new tv platform:
1. Chat works in Firefox. Internet Explorer has problems with delays, freezing, and not working so great.
2. If you don't see the video embedded in the left-hand part of the player, turn off your ad blocker.
3. Some people are getting messages that they've been kicked out of the chat. You should be able to login again and then access the chat.
I'll get these resolved as soon as possible, but thanks for your patience in the meantime.

I'm not getting kicked out of the chat, but when i start up mogulus the chat reads "disconnected from chat" and askes me if I'd like to reconnect. When i opt to reconnect it reads "connecting..." for a minute or so and then reverts back to the original message.
If you put a noose around the neck of a neo con and put him up on a stool, he'll kick the stool out from under himself because "well for better or for worse I'm already here."
It's getting quite frustrating. I tune in and +/- 30 s later, no more audio and the video freezes up.
The chat rolls along, no problem viewing that. I use firefox so the browser is not the issue. Haven't tried viewing on Safari yet, maybe it will work better there? Thanks for your help!
Mogulus is an okay platform, but it is inherently CPU resource hungry regardless of internet connection speed.
I don't understand why we are not using the open source JW FLV MEDIA PLAYER. A license for commercial use is very, VERY CHEAP (less than the price of a tank of gas!). Somebody can talk to the guy, at least.
The guys at The Real News use it and it looks like they have a pretty good handle on trying to break the matrix themselves. Has anyone even tried to contact them to discuss possible parallel mission projects?

The guy who was creating Revolution Television was also using it and might be willing to help if someone would just ask him real nice.
It doesnt stop me from watching but it interupts when first loading the player, i get this error code

What does one have to do to get into chat? I am always listed in black while the rest are green.
Is there a procedure one has to follow?

It'll play about three seconds and stop, then play a little more and stop, then play a little more and stop...obviously, this makes it impossible to watch.
I'm using FireFox 3 on a 6Mbps DSL line.
I just did a speed test, and got 5284 kb/s dl and 412 kb/s ul. Bandwidth is NOT the issue.
Do you have the same problem watching it at this address?

I'm still having this issue. Occasionally, it'll work fine, but usually it plays a couple of seconds and pauses, plays and pauses, plays and pauses.
