Shouldn't we be asking how to stop this trend and defend some freedom of speech and decentralization here online?
Anybody who asks this question (unless I misunderstood), is completely ignorant of the nature of the business.
The media, radio, TV, newspapers as well as the internet, are HIGHLY monopolized and have not been challenged by any competitor for years. Let alone one that intends to dismantle their monopoly and present an alternative agenda.
There's a higher probability that one or some of these major companies will appeal more to customer's satisfaction because it's good for business than it is for an outsider to step in. Some things are not simply about money, there's a lot more power involved.
I am NOT being pessimist, you can research this yourself.
