I was looking through the articles posted in/under "Civil Liberties," and I saw an article that had been posted three days ago that was identical to an article I submitted yesterday. I thought the filters would not allow duplicate content to be posted, because I attempted to submit an article that had already been posted and this was noted in the "message" section. So, now I'm confused.
