In my opinion this country needs to have a loud and uncompromising public outcry now. Strangebedfellows is on its way there, but something more like a strike, or widespread tax resistance would probably be more likely. You can threaten not to re-elect politicians, but how do you hold federal judges accountable to the will of the people or the clear meaning of the constitution?

Ron Paul would have put a stop to such horrendous abuses of our constitutional rights. But will McCain or Obama?
Sounds like we're f***ed!
