This article clearly shows that the government can not safeguard the information it already has on it's citizens. We should never allow the Government to mandate a National ID card that links all of our information to many different data bases? We should never allow our government to require RFID in any of our ID cards. This is American not Nazi Germany. The government is working towards this National ID card goal with RFID technology under the guise of national security while they leave our boarders wide open. If the Government requires Americans to carry this National ID card does any one really believe a terrorist would carry one? Even if a terrorist did happen to carry one, does anyone really think an ID card could prevent him from killing citizens? I think not! There are no benefits to this idea, only dangers.
