That is exactly what David Nolan has to say about Bob Barr's campaign. It wasn't going well before Dr. Paul's press conference but since then it has spiraled into the ground. Barr, a full blooded neo-con and former CIA operative, was sent in to spoil the campaign and he succeeded: job well done. Can't say this is a surprise really.
