Which smells worse, the dead chicken or the rotten egg? Are there fewer stories about the war in the media because the public has lost interest, or is there less public interest because of the decreased coverage?
When a bill was before Congress last fall that involved amnesty for illegal aliens, there was response from American citizens that was tsunamic. If there were to be a response against the war any where near the intensity of the one against amnesty, we would now at least be seeing a serious discussion about getting out of Iraq very quickly. But, then it is always about f'ing us.
