Well, sane Americans might question why we need to continue occupying a country that had no involvement in 911 and in fact didn't do anything to us. But the republican voters apparently think JM is terrific.
The big question should be; why? Why do they want a guy who is determined to occupy Iraq and maybe attack Iran too, even though neither country did anything to us? Have they been totally bamboozled by the Bush administration? Do they have a cowboy mentality that says we ought to be kicking some body's ass with no reason, just for the hell of it?
I sure would like to know the answer to that one. I have intelligent friends who think we need to stay in Iraq. When I try to discuss it with them they don't seem to have a logical reason. They say; "well there are people out there who want to hurt us." I say; "OK but it wasn't Iraq who attacked us on 911" and I show them the video of Bush admitting that. Then I show them that none of the hijackers even came from Iraq. At that point they usually change the subject, but they are still determined to keep our troops in Iraq.
that "they hate us for our freedom." LOL I know I heard that in a cartoon when I was a kid, and I have been trying to find it on you tube.
Unfortunately, our president watched a Captain America cartoon and thought it was a documentary. Now, he thinks people really think and talk like that in the real world.
Remember, if you're not with us, you're with the terrorists. If you ARE with us, you are REALLY with the terrorists.
