When 151 Congressmen have invested in companies doing business in Iraq, specifically in Halliburton, and Vice President Dick Cheney, the former CEO of Halliburton, whose stock options have increased in value 3000% since the advent of the Iraq War, claims that there is no conflict of interest in his ownership of stock options that were a package deal for his exit from the company. Who's kidding whom?
