"Banned by YouTube" is silly endorsement

The Fox News TOU specifically states:
You are also strictly prohibited from creating works or materials that derive from or are based on the materials contained in this Site including, without limitation, fonts, icons, link buttons, wallpaper, desktop themes, on-line postcards and greeting cards and unlicensed merchandise. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the derivative materials are sold, bartered or given away.

The fact that this clip contains copyrighted materials owned by Fox News means that it can be pulled either by YouTube policy or Fox News can request removal. It does not mean that the content is anything special. Please use common sense... not everything is a conspiracy.

Your statement is somewhat debatable.

While they do have the right to remove copyrighted material from the internet, they should not be selective about it. When I see them remove a John McCain or Obama video, I will understand.

The fact remains, this video is very powerful for our movement. Ask yourself why they chose this video over all the other clips taken from debates containing every other presidential candidate.
