I am not sure if you live in OK or not, but do you know if they have actually fined any employers yet?
P.S.- I am going to try to find out if anyone has actually been fined.

I live in OK and have not heard of anyone getting fined in particular, but the employers are taking it very seriously. We had illegals leaving by the flocks in the prior weeks, and it seems to have cleared most of them out.
