Tim Kaine thinks that a state that ranks fifth in revenue, and thirty-ninth in spending, nation-wide, ought to tax and spend its' way out of a recession.
Tim Kaine hosts a town hall meeting in Hampton, on May 15th, 2008, to try to sell his slick new plan to raise taxes and have you, the taxayer, smile about it.

We Are Change, Americans for Prosperity and individual Citizens concerned with the growing tax burden are there to let Governor Kaine know that we will not simply accept more taxes without a fight.
