Many are working very, very hard to turn this around, but now it is time to take this to the rank and file working class men and women whose sweat equity built our great societies. Unlike our national leaders who want to unite our nations into a single commonwealth, I would like to unite the brawn of the people— American and Canadian people—to work together to defeat the SPP and NAU. After all, George W. Bush united our governments to destroy not only our countries, but our way of life. So, why not unite our peoples to stop this madness?
Historically, Americans and Canadians have performed miracles when they work together. In 1942, two contingents of soldiers—American and Canadian—came together to form the world's first Special Service force. Originally, no one believed that these soldiers would be any different from any other brigade in the Allied Forces. Outnumbered and outgunned, this brigade performed the impossible time and time again until the Nazis started calling them The Devil's Brigade. As the war progressed, Nazi soldiers began surrendering before the battles were ever fought, when they knew they were facing the Devil's Brigade.
Americans and Canadians need to unite again to awaken our friends and create a vocal force that the world will hear at the same moment in time. We need angry callers phoning-in their objection to NAFTA and SPP with their Congressman or MP, promising them that we'll replace them if they ever vote in favor of any NAFTA or SPP-related legislation, ever. The idea is to call, voice our complaint, hang up and call again—and again, until they're begging us to stop.
This is a new tactic, since signing the grassfire.net petition as mentioned above is something we've already been recommending to American Freedom Movement activists since Tue Apr 29, 2008.

being proposed by a congressman from Virginia to block the NAU - it is HCR 40. See http://www.capwiz.com/jbs/issues/alert/?alertid=11495616 to find out if your local congressman has cosponsored. I've already written a letter to my congressman urging him to cosponsor it.

In my school we are never taught anything about the history
of what are country has been through? I'm beginning to see
why now, and I don't think its fair.
I'm just wondering, were you ever told that the Alamo was fought because the Texans wouldn't comply with the Mexican abolition of slavery? It kind of puts a damper on the "freedom fighter" image of the Texans. I've found that most people my age have never heard this either, but it's true.
