I raised the very question of Constitutionality of this bailout based on Article 1, Section 7 of the Constitution on my own blog... I am disturbed by the fact that, as Dr. Paul stated, "It's been done in the past and it will be done again." Now, I don't think he meant it in a dismissive way, but what's wrong with this country when we've accepted lawlessness as "just because"?
