Seems the good doctor voted for sending Rep. Kucinich's articles of impeachment to the house judiciary committee. He voted with 8 other Republicans. Some 10 others abstained. Final vote: Yea 239 Nay 180.
Good week thus far for him.
Seems Paul will have a great news day today, be sure to tune in to his interviews on three other stations throughout the day.
Americans continue to open their ears and minds the the message of limited government and free markets. Dr. Paul will be on cable news three times today:
"1) FOX News with David Asman, filling in for Neil Cavuto, at 4:06 pm ET.
2) CNBC with Larry Kudlow at 5:30 pm ET.
3) CNN Headline News with Glen Beck. Check your local listings, as this program re-airs several times. Dr. Paul’s segment should hit in the middle of the program.
On all three shows, Dr. Paul will discuss housing and financial markets.
Please tune in - remember, the more you watch and let the networks know you apreciate seeing Dr. Paul on the air, the more repeat opportunities we will get!"
Also show your support for Iraq Veterans Against the War, whose member Adam Kokesh gave an energetic speech at the Revolution March, as they will appear on the Daily Show with Jon Stewart tonight on Comedy Central at 11/10 central!
I love ol' Ron, but he should get some new angles to his questioning. He comes across as a wee bit "crazy ol' unclish" when he gets into his mantras.
Just simple rhetorical stuff like "What do you say to all those Americans who saved money judiciously and are now having inflation caused by your policies taking it away from them?"
"How do you sleep at night knowing your policies are making it harder and harder for the elderly who are on fixed incomes?"
Got to make the theories relate, ya know?
He admitted that inflation is a tax. This video will definitely be used in the future, no doubts. I wonder how long it will take for Bernanke to recant that statement?
No, his mind slipped. Slipped from the program to lie to the public. RP's clear, logical and truthful presentation momentarily overpowered the progam to lie and caused BB to speak the truth without due regard to how devastating that will be to the interests of his handlers. Even without a law degree, RP is a top notch lawyer. This is a very important inflection point. The revolution has been won on the intellectual plane. BB has admitted that inflation is a tax. Next question: why should he have the power to impose that tax? Then: who pays the tax and who consumes the tax? Perhaps the rallying cry will be: inflation is theft, smash the Fed!!!
