The great mystery of bee deaths has been solved. Colony Collapse Disorder is poisoning with a known insect neurotoxin. Clothianidin, a pesticide manufactured by Bayer, has been clearly linked to die offs in Germany and France. This story was very low on the radar, mainly last year, and never received much investigative coverage. Surprise! It looks like, again, another big pharma company is liable. The ramifications of this are enormous. And I am sorry, it is the conspiracy theorist in me, but this points to more than just a scientific goof. Killing bees in the way they have been decimated is ruinous to not only human, but most animal life. In a time where everyone and everything is a terror suspect, this company, Bayer are living, operating terrorists and I suspect as usual nothing will ever be done about it.
