What would someone do with vast quantities of paper. When they tax you its not to line there pockets its to keep you poor.
All our real assets where lost long ago. Not saying we dont have vast assets its that what we have cannot necessarily be transferred into liquid assets quickly.
We will get by; from humble beginnings we rose to the top, the tree just needs a refresher.
On a side note what would the chinese do fighting a massive war overseas against the most well armed populace. No aggressor win a guerrilla war like that, not without a secret weapon at least. 200mil chinamen the idea makes me giggle when there own countries gonna be in riots soon..

Right now, you have 100 million Amerikans who work for a living. 15 million are out of the job and collecting a meager and dwindling unemployment benefits.
78 million out of that 100 million are Baby Boomers planning to retire soon. That leaves 22 million young folk to support Social Security.
The total U.S. population should number 300 million, give or take. Subtract the 100 million working adults and you have 200 million who are children and elderly. Don't forget! 78 million Baby Boomers are joining the 200 million children and elderly soon!
The 200 million chinese soldiers are of adult age and in their prime. Soldiering is their full-time occupation. Those 200 million have the strength of youth along with the stubborn brashness of youth (they are not afraid to rush into the fray). They are equipped with full automatic while 80 million US gun owners are severely hobbled by tightening Gun Control. China has 2.5 billion citizens if they desire to go "all in." Gotta love Texas Hold 'em!

A land war with China was more than a terrible thought for Amerikan generals who saw combat in Korea. It was a living nightmare. Korean veterans remember a running retreat that lasted a week without sleep. I don't think those soldiers were laughing at the Human Wave attacks. When you are young, you are Superman. When the odds look slim and turn against your favor, you grow old (and wiser) real fast. For the Chinese fighters in Korea, it was a one-way trip. A million starved to death at the end of the week of fighting.
Vast uncountable numbers have a unique emergent property of its own. And the Red Party is loaded with American dollars. And the Chinese build all your damn X-Boxes ( hint: C E )

However, you forget a couple to have the complete picture.
1st, The Chinese will never fight that feverish without the famous gun pointing to their back and pushing them forward under direct threat of execution. They might be indoctrinated up to the hilt, but the Chinese aren't devolved.
2nd. The American are a little disabled by their own government already/pre-emptively disarming them, before they get the chance to defend their homes against any invader. But one automatic gun at a time, they will get their armor and automatic weapons from the Chinese themselves. And remember the kids are now trained that the enemy will upgrade their weapons and deliver their ammo, one dead body at a time. What do they say again about "playing" it is "learning" skillz but voluntary ?
3rd. The Iraq war has shown that war for a defending population, isn't a full time occupation.
No no, after work they dig up their gun, pick a target, take it out, and go back home to enjoy their afternoon beer.
And yes, the occupier will call them "terrorists".. What is new there? Point is that it will take that many bullets, and the Chinese government really doesn't care to get rid of their over population problem that way.
4rd, What do you think that the US Army, Navy and Airforce is going to do with them 10,000 Nukes before the Chinese drop in? Give them to Israel? Kind as a "Thank You" for selling out our military secrets to the Chinese, and upgrade their war capabilities?
I personally don't think that the Chinese will have to fight for ownership of America.. They have bought it..

I agree with your First Point with the gun in the back. Actually, every aberration from the Red Party rules is punishable by firing squad. It applies to civilians, not just military personnel. Gun in the back? Gun to the head? It's the same language in Chinese. And that bullet is on duty 24/7. Methinks those Chinese-made ammo have barcodes to match each Chinese citizen's Real ID number.

With regards to your Second Point, the Tibetans don't seem to be faring any better. Tibetan armed resistance has always sytematically been "overwhelmed." Sure, one could try stealing a piece of Chinese arsenal as part of the Armed Resistance strategy, but it's going to be a running retreat all the way when you have a thousand swarming Red Party bees with dogs hot on your scent trail. It's regular news when muslim extremists sneak into the eastern borders of China via the ancient Silk Road to stir up armed jihad violence against the atheists and then see these muslim captives paraded and executed in the streets without a trial. Yes, this is happening today. It's been going on for decades. The odds don't look good.

With regards to your Third Point, I can see the "midnight warrior thing" could be do-able. It was the strategy in Vietnam. The VC would work as office clerks during the day in the bustling cities of Vietnam. In the night, they staffed an underground complex beneath Army bases. These daytime cubicle humpers ran circles around an unsuspecting American occupier. In the end, 50,000 Americans lost their lives while three million Vietnamese lost theirs. Let's do the math-- 50,000 Chinese; three million Amerikans. Yikes! I need my insulin shot.

Addressing your Fourth Point, Israel will be so happy to use Amerikan nukes. However, there is such a thing as mutually agreeing to "disagree". The Pentagon lists them in its annual Base Structure Report, but "its official count of between 737 and 860 overseas installations is incomplete" because excluded are numerous secret ones - for espionage, unofficially shared with host countries, or other reasons not disclosed.
The bases reflect "force projection" for global dominance and are positioned to strike any nation that might challenge it, friend or foe. But they come at a great cost - well over $1 trillion annually with all homeland, foreign, and other budget categories included. According to Johnson, a far greater one as well, the same dynamic that doomed past empires unwilling to change - "isolation, overstretch, the uniting of local and global forces opposed to imperialism, and in the end bankruptcy" as well as the end of democracy, loss of personal freedoms, and tyranny.
There is real money out there in Big Guv'mint coffers allocated every year. And that money is Tax Payer's money. Unfortunately, it is obvious the money is not for hard-working Amerikans. It belongs to an elite cadre of self-serving Corruptors.
It's just a matter of "when" (not if) a large Chinese force of 200 million wearing oh-so-friendly blue helmets and UN uniforms will be parking diesel-guzzling APCs in your town hall parking lot while the Corruptors live it up in Paris.
