Karl Denninger has posted a pdf of his proposed Plan To Fix Our Banking System there. To read it click on "Read this" under BILL NOT PASSED!

We all know that the problem is that the banks are over-leveraged. Denninger's plan calls for: 1) a reduction in leverage; 2) transparency in accounting; and 3) regulation of over-the-counter derivatives. Please check it out.
