We knew this one was coming. Fannie and Freddie are getting bailed out by the government in what they are calling a "backstop plan." They are desperately attempting to re-inflate the bubble, but their main ammunition - the US dollar - becomes more and more worthless everyday.

By the way, Peter Schiff - Austrian economics guided investor - says we must let failing companies fail. That is, unless we wish to become a completely socialist nation.
