Iowa Police arrested a man at gunpoint when he was trying to get back to his home. His home and many others are not underwater. Of course that does not stop the great men and women in the police department from setting up checkpoints forbidding anyone from returning. The police, the only people standing between you Iowan's and your property. God Help you all.
