Arizona Sen. John McCain was left in the dust by Congressman Ron Paul of Texas at last Saturday's Republican convention in Clark County, Washington.

Some weird things happened at last Saturday’s Clark County Republican convention at Prairie High School, where it was demonstrated that democracy is too important to be left to party activists.

Weird item 1 — Paul prevails: Arizona Sen. John McCain, who will be the Republican presidential nominee and who was the choice of local voters in the Feb. 19 Washington presidential primary, was left in the dust by Congressman Ron Paul of Texas, the anti-Iraq war, anti-tax, anti-big government libertarian.

Highly motivated and disciplined Paul supporters outnumbered McCain forces and thus will send more delegates to the state convention in Spokane next month.

The grassroots activists

The grassroots activists from Clark County WA are unbelievable!!!

They took that county like they want to take our country back!! True Freedom Fighters!!!
Why is it that this county put McCain to shame?

Because of the leadership from the Delavar camp and the many others that are organized and stick together in numbers.

Michael Delavar www.delavarforcongress.com is running against an incumbent Democrat, and I would bet money that Mr. Delavar becomes Congressman and we need more like him. He deserves it. He is highly articulate, intelligent, and has the values every politician should have. He is fighting for freedom tooth and nail.

I don't even live in his district but I donated money to his campaign. I was so impressed. You should to. Check out his website and even if you live in Guam or any of the 50 states, you should consider contributing to his campaign, be it $20 or $200. They will put it to good use.

Thank him for his part in taking this county by storm. Imagine what he would do in Congress.

You won't find a freedom fighter like this in your state, unless you live in Texas.

Why would files on John

Why would files on John McCain still be classified from the Vietnam war? I would want ALL of this information disclosed to the American people BEFORE ever casting ONE vote for the highest position in the land!
What is there to hide almost 50 years later?

The situation in this

The situation in this country is precarious, to say the least. The system is so rigged, we might as well rename our country Banana Republic.
