BreakTheMatrix is the business tradename of Basic Media, Inc. (in formation), a "for profit" media company being organized to challenge the monopoly stranglehold of our mainstream media in America. For far too long, the mainstream media has held an iron grip on all of the news, information and entertainment that the American people hear, see and receive. Fox News; CNN; Clear Channel; NBC; CBS; ABC-- this small group of media entities and their high finance corporate owners control the radio airways and everything that appears on the television screens of 300,000,000 people in our country. They control the news; and they shape the news-- so people hear and see only what these entities choose for them to hear and see. The result is obvious, isn't it? Misinformation and falsity have become the norm; and anyone speaking the truth about what's actually going on in Washington DC and Wall Street is marginalized, ridiculed, blacked out, and ignored. Well it's time for this insanity to end. It's time to take our country back. It's time to BREAK THE MATRIX-- and it starts right here, with Basic Media, Inc.

Our goal at BreakTheMatrix is to build a social networking organization and movement that will bring freedom loving people together on the Internet, and then take our message of optimism, hope, freedom and prosperity "off-- Internet" through radio and television content broadcasts across America. As Dr. Ron Paul said so eloquently during his 2008 Presidential campaign: "The neocons, the warmongers, the socialists, the advocates of inflation will be hearing much from you and me." Indeed. The tired empty mantras of "right and left;" of "conservative and liberal;" of "Democrat and Republican" must no longer stand unchallenged in our mainstream media outlets. The matrix of silence and pervasive conformity in our media MUST be broken. The time has come for words of truth to be spoken and heard in America.

Very simply, we are building our "BreakTheMatrix" media company to produce and transmit a wide ranging array of interesting and entertaining media content through BTM radio and television networks. The technology is available, and we believe a movement for our sort of fundamental change has already started in America and will flourish and grow long after the 2008 presidential campaign reaches its dismal end. Building a nationwide community and an audience for our freedom message-- this is the mission of "BreakTheMatrix" and Basic Media, Inc.

Our tradename "BreakTheMatrix" will stand for something in the new American media marketplace of 2008 and beyond. Our message is optimistic, and hopeful, and will present again an America that is the great shining city envisioned by our founders. In specific terms, we offer the following as a call for fundamental change in Washington DC and Wall Street:

(1) End the overseas empire; and bring the troops home;
(2) End the Federal Reserve; break the debt money culture and the stranglehold of our bankers;
(3) Limit our federal government to its proper Constitutional framework; end the income tax (and so much more;
(4) Dismantle the police state; and free the American people.

Each and all of these objectives are readily achievable once the American people hear and understand that our existing rulers in Washington DC and Wall Street have nothing to offer but decline, failure, bankruptcy, and the loss of our country. We choose these harsh words carefully-- for they are the right words to describe what our leaders are bringing to America. Something has gone terribly wrong in our country, and the American people need to learn the reasons why. Our rulers have gone far astray, and our people need to learn that change is something to be embraced, not feared. BreakTheMatrix radio and television will provide a platform for voices of fundamental change in our corrupt federal government and our criminal banking system. We see in America a need and a yearning that is not being satisfied by existing media outlets, and an opportunity to displace the lies and propaganda of old media people with fresh words of truth. We are the displacers.

Thomas Jefferson's Coat of

Thomas Jefferson's Coat of Arms says: "Resistance to tyranny is obedience to God." Colonial statesman William Penn says: "If man is not governed by God he will be ruled by tyrants."
"The rich rules over the poor and the borrower is slave to the lender." Proverbs 22:7

Current U.S. federal monetary policy underwritten by the Federal Reserve Bank Corporation is perpetual public debt; old English practice of perpetual funding. Federal Reserve Bank Corporation doesn't loan the interest into circulation. There is not enough currency in circulation to repay both the principal plus the interest owed the Fed. It is, therefore, a contract of impossible performance which the law never requires - a negative sum game, which requires refinancing of ever increasing U.S. public debt year after year after year after year after year ad naseum.

J Peter Grace's report to President Reagan (January 12, 1984) reports that 100% of all income tax collected is absorbed solely by interest on the public debt and not one nickel supports our government. Perpetual slavery is assured, then, under U.S. federal monetary policy.

May God Almighty have mercy on us and our posterity! If we are not governed by God Almighty, it is certain we will be ruled by tyrants! We are now ruled by corporate statism subject to the operation and jurisdiction of various admiralty, maritime, mercantile, international and / or uniform credit / revenue codes, laws and regulations which are of a jurisdiction foreign to the Common Law, our Constitution and Bill of Rights and the Constitution of every sovereign State in the United States of America.

Amen on all points!

This is the kind of posting I'm hoping to read more of. Not just because I agree with you, but because you've combined real information with thoughtful analysis.

I'm sure this site will soon be swamped with the ramblings of lunatics, but at least we're off to a good start!

I find the premise that

I find the premise that humans can only exist in two states, ruled by god or ruled by men, to be a false premise that leads to allowing tyranny, not preventing it. The idea that we must submit to one or the other stems from a basic philosophical premise that dictates that we cannot trust ourselves to make our own decisions. This is a philosophical premise that has been cultivated in human civilization for centuries, but should be at the root of what we are trying to disprove.

I am neither ruled by god, nor by men. I make all of my choices freely, accepting whatever consequences come from that choice.

Dear ardent supporter of our

Dear ardent supporter of our Constitution and the Honorable Ron Paul,

If this is what you truly believe, then you are at odds with the American Founding Fathers who recognized the need for human government restrained by the Higher reason and Authority of the Revealed Law / Royal Law of Liberty only to be found in the holy scriptures and the Law of Nature - the will of the Creator (see Sir William Blackstone's Commentaries on the Laws of England; Introduction - Sec. 2. Of the Nature of Laws in General; 1765-1769) and of Nature's God (please see (1) the Federalist Papers (2) Article I of the Amendments to our Constitution for the United States of America and (3) our Unanimous Declaration of Independence) in order to protect, secure and guarantee as the men of the Massachusetts Bay Colony declared "Rights which Heaven gave and no man ought to take from us."

I believe Rights which Heaven gave; God-given unalienable Rights derived from God-given Responsibilities.

I believe our State delegates to our Constitutional convention framed a constitution and Bill of Rights to, among other things, create a federal government (not a central gov't) that could first govern itself bound by the chains of the constitution, then second govern others in order to protect, secure and guarantee State sovereignty and most importantly our God-given Responsibilities and our unalienable God-given Rights of Life, Liberty and Property derived therefrom.

With all due respect, if you reject the political wisdom and premise of only two of our American Founding Fathers not to mention many others, who or what, then, is your final authority beyond which there is no appeal? It is written "You shall worship Yahweh your God and Him alone shall you serve."

Again it is written: "The rich rule over the poor and the borrower is slave to the lender." I accept your silence as your consent (tacit procuration) on the remaining subject matter of my original comment (Thomas Jefferson's Coat of Arms) re: Federal monetary policy of perpetual public debt / slavery, etc. (the most difficult and perhaps the most sinister species of slavery created by a cabal of lawyers, bankers and governments to enslave their fellow man by way of fraud, deceit and misrepresentation) and for that I thank you.
