Type of Content: Article The convention is where the rubber meets the road. It is time for us to use all our resources and go for the win! We are literally "Painting Saint Paul Ron Paul". Paint Saint Paul RON PAUL will flood the city with Dr. Paul's signs during the convention to send a message to the Delegates and the media that Dr. Paul is there to win!!! We have received over 300 signs and over 100'000 slimjims! And we haven't started to publicize this effort yet. To say that this is hugely important would be an understatement. The Saint Paul Convention is where the rubber meets the road. Where the delegates, and us, will try to get the nomination for Dr. Paul. Where all of our preparations, sweat and hard work can pay off. Don't believe what you hear in the media; the plan is still on. So help us spread the word about "Paint Saint Paul RON PAUL" The local meetup group and Mr. Wilkinson are preparing the Information Packages for the visiting troops as well as the local Welcome Committee. It is time to Paint St. Paul RON PAUL. - The signs will be everywhere, the Delegates will see them - On the way to the hotel from the airport - Around their Hotels - On the way to the Convention - Around the Convention Center - Around the Media Posts - JUST IMAGINE ARRIVING TO SANT PAUL AND SEEING RON PAUL SINGS EVERYWHERE! Just a quick update to thank you for voting this up and to let you know that we have had a great response over the weekend.
Please help to spread this around. It could make a huge difference to have St. Paul flooded in Ron Paul signs. Imagine being able to show the Delegates and the country via the media that we are still here and we want our Republic back!

Boxes of slim jims will be sent out from Coos Bay, OR, next Monday to C Wilkinson's St. Paul address.
Towers plastered with hundreds of slim jims can be eye-catching props at street corners and at the Target Rally site, if you end up receiving more slim jims than you can individually distribute.
Thanks for your effort to rekindle that burst of creative energy, which kept us going for the whole year of RP 2007-2008 campaign!

What do you mean towers plastered ....? You mean the sides of the buildings? Because without even starting we already have over a hundred thousand slim jims... so we expect to have over a million by then if not a lot more. We are going to show the country that this wasn't a flash in the pan. WE will own Saint Paul and the delegates and the country WILL notice.

I voted it up - Ibrahim will vote you down no matter what the topic because of personal animosity on other issues. I wouldn't worry about that. Although voting you down on something so removed from that other topic is kinda silly to me. To each his own i guess.

I have no slim jims to give as I got rid of all of mine months ago before my state's primary. But I'm sure there are others who have them and signs to give that come to this blog so I think its a worthwhile effort.
"Paint Saint Paul RON PAUL" is turning out HUGE. I really hope we can show the country that we are here to stay. If you can please leave a comment on daily paul to keep it on top.

This has really taken off on the other social sites. I have gotten quite a bit of emails from people who want more information and to help.
The reason I'm surprised is that of the current 60 plus views, only one person has considered it worthwhile to comment and only five found it worthwhile to click it up.
I am thinking about what it means. Why is it that religious, and philosophical "ifs" threads get so much action, but these type of "action" things so little?
It really does get me wondering.

1.) Like it or not you've developed a bit of a reputation as being a "bozo" of sorts on this site. I think people don't listen to you so much anymore. Maybe I'm wrong- certainly some do.. I know in general I don't. If you work on posting less frequently and with more substance that will change.
2.) The Ron Paul campaign has $5 million dollars left over. Do you think maybe they can take care of this on their own?
3.) Maybe the people on this site are so dedicated they have already used all their signs and slim jims.. as they should have already done. No one should have any extra at this point.

This sounds like a great effort! I have some extra slim jims to send.
The Saint Paul meet up group is rounding up the volunteers and the infrastructure to post all these signs in the first morning of the Convention. We hope to get all the signs we need,(we already have 300) to give the delegates the push they need.
Thanks for the slim jims! Those are being distributed as we speak to the people of Saint Paul. We want as many converts there as possible. This campaign for liberty is still in full swing!

Lets see... that means... that... no one here finds this effort worthwhile enough to vote it up. Here is our last Hurrah of the campaign, the time to show the Delegates that we mean business, they will arrive at the convention fresh from seeing the DVD, and will see a city filled with sings from all over America. It is guaranteed to make quite an impression.
