The report from the New York State Board of Elections;

shows that Freedom Slate 08 Candidate David Gay did not make the ballot in the 25th Congressional District. I felt David's best chances would be on the Republican Ticket in this "leans Republican" open seat district. It's also disappointing that the rEVOLution is not providing enough support for our congressional candidates to make the ballot.

Pending Challenges, It currently likes like

Dale Sweetland will be on the Republican and Conservative Lines.
Dan Maffei will be on the Democrat and Working Families Lines.
Thomas Connolly will be on the Independence Party Line.

Over in the 21st CD, Steven Vasquez did get his petitions filed and we need to see if they are challenged.
