Today I woke up decidedly optimistic, even in such a Obama-loving town as Madison, WI. Today was the first event for "Young Americans for Liberty." Young Americans for Liberty is an offshoot of Campaign for Liberty and Young Americans for Ron Paul, the youth arm of the incredible Ron Paul Campaign for President 2008. This event, on President Obama's Inauguration Day, was more of a member recruitment drive than anything else. I thought I'd write out my thoughts and pictures from the hours I spent at my local chapter at UW-Madison.
